Fantastic, very friendly staff
hotel is very old, old and fatal location is dangerous. It is next to the river and overlooks a dirty lake so nothing to be desired. What I cared about was security and same people at the hotel told me that we couldn't go out alone so we had to be in a hotel taxi all the time

The decoration of the rooms, which are also very elegant and refined, would need to be redesigned with a more efficient installation of electrical outlets (for iPhone, iPad, etc.).

Best location! The hotel is situated right on the river, providing beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. Plus, it's close to all the major attractions in the city, making it convenient for exploring.
Worst Wi-Fi connection. The internet was slow and unreliable, frustrating especially for someone traveling for work.

Luxury and refinement. Service of absolute perfection. Every desire is anticipated. Luckily we stayed in the historical building. Unbelievable room! Spacious, great facilities, nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about! 2 restaurants: one with an exceptional buffet, other a delicious Italian restaurant. Great Bamboo bar: decoration, music, service etc... top class breakfast with gargantuan buffet. Delicious breads.
Nothing, really nothing!!!! Maybe we would have been a little less transported if we had stayed in the new buildings, more impersonal and with less cachet.

We had the most very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the river. We loved taking the shuttle boat to the Thai restaurant just a short ride away. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was attentive to our needs.

I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok for a week-long vacation. The hotel provided excellent assistance to and from the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding. The hotel's location by the river was fantastic and offered beautiful views. Additionally, the connecting spa facilities and Chinese restaurant were a great addition to my stay. The ease and ample availability of the shuttle boats and cars made exploring the city convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.
